Combining simplicity, materiality, functionality and elegance. The feathers and the draping of leather highlight a focus on movement. The bags shift and change as they are worn and used.  The material is chosen for its ability to improve over time, any scratches adding character and memory to the texture of the bag. The quality of the hardware was an important aspect of each design. Zippers were specially made to slide smoothly like butter and engage the user in the mundane activity of accessing their bag.
